TwinRobo Contributor License Agreement¶
Thank you for contributing to TwinRobo. TwinRobo is dual-licensed (the GNU AGPL-3.0
and a commercial license; see COMMERCIAL.md), and its camera catalog is
Apache-2.0. For the project to keep offering both, contributors grant the
maintainers the rights below. You keep the copyright in your contributions.
By signing (commenting as the CLA check asks on your first pull request), you, the contributor, agree:
-
Definitions. "Contribution" means any work you submit to the TwinRobo project, in any form (code, documentation, camera specs, lens files, data). "Maintainers" means the TwinRobo project owners and their successors.
-
Copyright license. You grant the Maintainers and recipients of software distributed by them a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense and distribute your Contributions and such derivative works, under any license, including the GNU AGPL-3.0, the Apache License 2.0 and commercial licenses.
-
Patent license. You grant the Maintainers and recipients of software distributed by them a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise transfer your Contributions, for patent claims you can license that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions alone or combined with the project.
-
Your rights. Each Contribution is your original work, or you have the right to submit it under this agreement (if your employer has rights in your work, you have its permission, or it has waived those rights). Where a Contribution includes third-party material, you identify it and its license in the pull request (for example lens designs, which also go in
NOTICE). -
No other obligations. You are not expected to provide support for your Contributions. They are provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind.
-
Notification. You will notify the Maintainers if any statement above becomes inaccurate.
